Please note that there are a number of Ford-authorized QVM Bodybuilders that offer various bodies with fueling systems incorporated in them, enabling the unit to have greater driving range.  When a Member advises us as to the specific fuel type they prefer, as well as the body they want to use, AltFuelPartners will advise of options that might enhance usefulness of the unit.
Ethanol (E85)
 
Ford Motor Company is pleased to offer the Ford F350 Cab/Chassis (all cabs, all wheelbases, single- and dual-rear wheels, all drives) in the 6.2L 2v SOHC V8 Engine, capable of excellent performance when powered by Ethanol (E85).

Bio-diesel (B20)

Liquid Propane (Autogas)
 
ROUSH CleanTech will have the 6.2L V8 Gas engine (with Engine Prep Package Option) available for conversion to propulsion by Propane (Autogas) in late summer 2012.  There is more than one QVM certified bodybuilder that offers bodies with higher fuel capacity systems incorporated in their bodies for greater range.  This fuel is significantly the more easy-to-source alternate fuel, and on-site facilities for refueling fleets are at a substantially lower installation cost, compared to that of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).

CNG - Bi-Fuel
 
At this time there is no power option of this type available from any Ford QVM supplier.
 
CNG - Dedicated Fuel
 
At this time BAF Technologies has both EPA and CARB certification on a CNG Dedicated fuel system that can be installed on the F350 Cab/Chassis powered by 6.2L V8 Gas engines, with engine prep package option.
